We have a large, scruffy old farmhouse that had had a bodge paint job that was flaking quite badly. The team worked really hard each day to get the work done, even helping with a few things like unblocking a removed downpipe. It is a messy job but they even did a great job cleaning up. Really polite and friendly the whole way through. The house looks 100% improved. Would highly recommend.

Avoid this company at all costs.The experience we’ve had with them has been nothing short of appalling. While working on a neighbouring property, their staff verbally threatened to knock out a pensioner—absolutely disgraceful behaviour. When we tried to contact the company about this, no one returned our calls for over 24 hours.On top of that, their carelessness destroyed our vegetable garden, which we’ve been nurturing for 32 years. Toxic chemicals from their mess contaminated the soil, ruined our crops, and left residue everywhere. Instead of cleaning up properly, they left it for us to deal with, forcing us to clear up their waste ourselves.This company shows no respect for people, property, or the environment. Completely unprofessional, aggressive, and irresponsible. Steer well clear

The Pinnacle guys were really easy to get on with and very efficient they explained each proccess before they carried out the work which was very good the house looks fab. On reflection we wish we had gone for the African ivory not the white nut other than that happy with the outcome.
