My experience with this company was definitely 5 star worthy starting from my initial contact with office staff , particularly Becca, and then the lead tech Jeff. Both were very patient and understanding of what I needed done and went above and beyond to make the process smooth we changed the entire ac system on my mom’s house. We were skeptical at first with a million questions and nervous about transitioning to a mini split system over the old package unit we were so used to. Can’t say enough good things about Freedom A/C. I contacted them for my elderly mother, she had an older unit that kept having issues. First from Becca in the office helped me with scheduling and was super helpful with answering my questions. Then Jeff came out and took a look at the unit and explained to us everything that was wrong. We just decided to have them replace the unit instead of recommend repairs because it was an older unit that would probably have issues again.
