I don’t write a lot of reviews, but Jennifer and Opt Real Estate did such an amazing job that I felt compelled to share my experience as a home seller. If, like me, you aren’t incredibly savvy, she’s able to help with all the areas I would have struggled with. She has a FREE staging expert who does a walkthrough with you and helps you figure out exactly what you need to do to get your home looking as desirable as possible. My house also needed several repairs, and she had multiple incredibly affordable handymen ready to go (and happy to work on the small little things many contractors don’t want to bother with). She also has a photographer who knows just how to make the best parts of the house stand out.She had great communication, always getting back to me right away, and had a great selling strategy, clearly knowing the local market well. It’s obvious why she has such an immaculate review score on here. Do yourself a favor and hire her to make the process easy and profitable.

Jennifer was incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and friendly. I was buying a home in a difficult time in my life with a lot of last minute changes of plans and she never made me feel like I was a "difficult client." She provided tons of resources for various home projects that needed to be done, without me having to ask. I would recommend her as highly as possible!
