I am leaving a review of the provider Alena who did an IPL on my face. My skin is middle eastern and tan, and Alena proceeded to do an IPL on me anyway, KNOWING that IPL is not appropriate for my skin type. I ended up with post inflammatory hypopigmentation as a result of her carelessness and negligence. I have since been treated by a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who assessed my complication from the IPL and she was like “who on earth did an IPL on you??” Anyone who needs laser treatments, learn from my mistake and go to a cosmetic dermatologist who actually knows what they’re doing! Don’t trust your face and skin with these people.

After having my free consultation and first micro needling appointment with Nikki, I can never go anywhere else. The whole staff is so nice and friendly, and Nikki did a phenomenal job walking me through the process before and during, she’s very fun to talk to, she listens carefully and is fully present to answer any questions you have. I can’t say enough good things about California Cosmetic! I was referred to them from Helen PMU as I needed to have my eyebrows lasered to remove the color. They did a fantastic job, and I’m now a regular there and enjoy my monthly Hydrafacial and most recently had micro needling. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and my skincare needs are more than taken care of. I’m thankful that they offer a membership and have specials regularly so that I can afford to keep my skin feeling and looking healthy and youthful.
