I joined IELTS coaching at BGHUD on November 4 for a 2-month course and paid the full course fee. Unfortunately, due to health issues, I was unable to continue after attending only one week of classes.I immediately informed my coordinator about my situation. However, I did not receive proper guidance, support, or a clear solution. Despite explaining my genuine medical reason, there was no understanding or assistance from their side.Now when I try to follow up, they are not responding properly and simply state that the course has been completed. This is very disappointing because I barely attended classes and had already communicated my health issue in advance.I expected professionalism, support, and at least a reasonable solution. Instead, I am being ignored.Very poor customer service and lack of responsibility towards students

I had a very disappointing experience with this OET coaching center, especially in terms of coordination and management. Communication was extremely poor — class schedules were changed without proper notice, and responses to queries were either delayed or completely ignored. It felt very unorganized and stressful.

Although I have the experience of studying IELTS in two different institutes I did not get three 7 and one 6.5 score for ielts.But after studying IELTS just for months at B-GHUD ACADEMY I got my required score to migrate to Australia.Their long years of experience and their pattern of teaching are commendable. Communication here is extremely poor, and there’s a complete lack of proper organisation or planning. The management fails to take responsibility for their actions and often ignores the concerns of both staff and students. Even basic issues take a long time to get addressed, and there is little to no transparency in how things are handled.Overall, it’s very disappointing to see such unprofessional behaviour and lack of accountability from an institute that claims to value education and growth.
