Laura is an amazing coordinator and was awesome the whole time and super sweet but Roxanne literally ruined the whole experience. The wedding ceremony she inserted her self in the whole mix and forced herself into it all.She turned me around too early by yanking my arm to turn and it was no where near time to turn yet and she played the walk down song for like 10 seconds then paused it in the middle of her walking and let it be quiet for another 5-10 seconds then played a whole different song to finish walking down that we did even know she stood in the way of the pictures she was making weird comments like “who knows she could be a he she” or “what would you do if she came out with purple dress and green hair” she interrupted the ceremony to force me and my wife to hold hands even though we have it all planned out to hold hands at the end she grabbed our hands and forced them together then she said “look like you love eachother” so not only was the walk down ruined but the ceremony she walked up to the altar to insert her self there too making weird comments and allBut the comments were amazingLaura was amazing and would recommend her to anyoneThe services were amazingBut Roxanne literally ruined the most important part of our wedding and I can assume she will be in a lot if not all of our photos during the ceremony

I could not be happier with our choice to have our wedding at Hermann Hill last month. All of the staff care deeply about customizing day into what the couple wants, the food was amazing, and the chapel and bluffs were stunning and made for amazing photos. Our coordinator Jennifer was fantastic and made wedding planning so much easier, and we could not recommend her or this venue more.

Hermann Hill is nothing short of a fairytale wedding experience. As a professional photographer, this is one of my FAVORITE venues to photograph because of the scenery, and the staff. I've photographed several weddings here, and am always amazed at how hard the coordinators work to ensure my brides and their families have a seamless wedding day from start to finish that is virtually stress free. Jennifer really does go above and beyond, and I highly recommend booking your wedding here.
