Finding a trustworthy mechanic isn't easy, but this shop exceeded my expectations. They were honest, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured. The work was done efficiently, and my car has never run better. You can tell this team really cares about their customers. Brought my 2002 CR-V in to see if my air conditioning needed more than just a refill of Freon— it did. The Roys Boys team let me know that within 15 min.They added the Freon to see where a leak could be. Results were that the A/C compressor needed replacing (which I anticipated and looked up online what the cost might be. $1500 according to the hopefully honest people on Reddit)There was no pressure in replacing it from Freddy, who had been helping me. But for the price of $1362 for parts and labor, all I could think was ‘why not?’.I left my car overnight, and just like Freddy said, my car was ready the next day afternoon. Got a call from Carlos, who also helped me when I came in to pay, to tell me my car was ready for pick up.I don’t know if it’s unheard of, but they have a loyalty rewards program! Discounts on your next visit sound like a great deal!Overall, a pleasant experience— friendly staff, comfortable waiting environment, and your car gets fixed!If you’ve made it to the end of this review, please know that the Roys family are lovely, trustworthy friends who believe and love God, and I’m pleased to say that that can be said of their team as well. I’ll be back! Highly recommend!
