We recently hired SD Construction for a bathroom renovation in our condo, and we are very happy with the results. The project started and finished exactly on schedule with no delays, and the pricing was very fair.​German was phenomenal throughout the entire process, he was very responsive and addressed every concern we had immediately. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and you can tell they use good quality materials.​The only minor suggestion for improvement when working with condo buildings would be the floor protection used in the common hallways (from the unit to the elevator). I think a more heavy duty, resistant material would be better to use to prevent it from tearing or bunching up, which can become a bit of a tripping hazard for neighbors. That said, the work inside the home was good!, and we are very satisfied customers!

This company demolished and rebuilt our crumbling concrete steps and retaining wall to our basement walkout. They did a great job. They were the lowest/most affordable quote we received. The end product is not fancy: it is functional, which is all we wanted. The workers were pleasant and friendly, and cleaned up afterwards. We are very satisfied with the work.

Santos Dovalo did a wonderful job at my home, at 1339 Lansdowne Ave. They were hired to build a new bedroom on the main floor however the quality was so good that we also hired them to complete a deck on the 3rd level with a door and opening to the deck. They reply promptly and the quote given was more competitive than other reno firms in the area. They can be trusted; as the principal and owner: Mr. Dovalo attends personally and makes sure that all is is order. I recommend them without hesitation! Hard to find serious hard-working renovators like this who are also well verse in all areas of construction. They are 5 stars!
