After many years of Spine and neck issues I suffered from Severe Vertigo symptoms for almost 6 months! After 1 1/2 years of never ending dr/specialist appts I have finally found someone to offer me answers and support. I have dealt with non-stop dizziness and excruciating headaches. Through my continual treatments with Dr Leach, I’ve been having more better days than bad. A path to my life before is slowly but steadily returning. I had a very painful right shoulder during our road trips in February 2026 and thought I would need physical therapybecause the pain was excruciating. I struggled moving my arm up and down due to the pain on my shoulder. I started my sessions with Dr. Leach as soon as we got home in March for several weeks and the pain went away. It was a relief that PT was not needed anymore. NUCA chiropractic with Dr. Leach has helped me tremendously. I am back playing pickleball and doing other activities again without a shoulder pain now.

I was having bouts of vertigo and found Dr. Kevin Leach on a Facebook advertisement. I went in for the initial exam and started a series of treatments. I have not had any episodes since. By the time I came across Kevin Leach, I had become a pessimist. I had tried everything under the sun—medications, doctors, physical therapy, and so much more—and it felt like I would be living in constant pain indefinitely. Pain can be tolerable, but it is not sustainable on a daily basis.I’ll admit, I was skeptical. His unique approach felt, at first, like just another magic hat trick—another promise that wouldn’t deliver. But at that point, I had nowhere else to go. This truly felt like my last-ditch effort, so I decided to give it one more try.What stood out immediately was how minimal his approach seemed compared to what I had experienced with the “typical” methods of pain management. It was different—almost surprisingly simple—but also intentional and clearly thought out.To my surprise, I didn’t just see small improvements—I experienced the results I had been searching for all along. My life improved significantly.
