We had the best experience with Ms. Bo for our son’s first haircut! We were a little nervous bringing our very active, constantly-moving one-year-old, but she made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knew exactly how to keep him comfortable throughout the haircut.Not only was the experience fun, but the haircut turned out even better than we could have imagined. We left so impressed and so grateful to have found someone who is so talented with little ones. Best haircut experience for kids, hands down. My son actually looks forward to coming here now. Ms. Bo was fantastic—patient, friendly, and great with him. Casha is amazing. It was a full house today. we walked in she greeted us warmly. She also let us know that shes running a little behind. We love communication. She joked with my son for a while not knowing that he normally doesn’t talk to anyone but us. She also informed us that there’s another Sharkeys in the Garner area and that she’s at both. And she isn’t available all stylists here can and will perform his service. He enjoyed himself. We will be back. She ROCKSSSS

The reason for the 5 stars is the stylist. I believe her name was Casha. She was amazing. My son enjoyed her. However walking i did not feel welcomed. But Casha turned that around for us. She introduced herself to myself and my son. She told him he could pick whatever chair he’d like and she follow him. During the haircut I could hear the other stylists discussing something. Clearly Casha heard them too but she did not react. She continued to take care of my son and I. She gave a great haircut and offered us a great experience. We will be back. Casha is our new stylist.

We went to Sharkey's for our daughter's first haircut as cleaning all of her hair. Boneshia did a fantastic job. She was so kind and patient with our little one. The salon very good and clean. Proper hygiene was maintained throughout the process. We just loved it !!!As it was special thing for us (Mundan), she help us keep the hair as requested. They also gave us the certificate as first hair token which made us more special with before and after pictures❣️
