The staff member that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as patient. He drove me home after I dropped my car off and picked me up when my car was finished. Absolutely outstanding work by CKC again!I brought my new 2026 F-150 truck in for Icon Rocklear, and they somehow managed to make a brand-new truck look newer than brand new—which feels like it should violate at least one law of physics. The prep work, attention to detail, and overall care they put into the job were awesome. You can tell they are not just “applying a product”; they are obsessing over the finish, the paint, the prep, and every little detail most people would never notice—but truck people absolutely do.They previously did a full ceramic coating package on my last truck several years ago, and the results were outstanding. That truck looked as good when I sold it as it did when I bought it. So when I got my new truck, CKC was the obvious choice for "upgrading" my new truck with ICON.The whole team continues to be great with communication, scheduling, customer service, and workmanship. They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, and they clearly take pride and passion in the final result. This was the most pleasant experience ever. From the start, Butch Was so knowledgeable and he explained everything and showed me around. I felt so at ease That I signed up both of my cars to have The coding done.When it was time to pick up my car, Leland, Butch And, the rest of the gang was there to welcome me and show me the car and go through everything you know the dues in the don’ts when you first get the back.You will not be disappointed! After seeing how beautiful my brothers truck looked I had mine done. Oh man new truck looked even better! Beautiful deep color and shine, what a vast improvement even on a truck with 12 miles. The crew and especially the owner were in contact thru all steps even providing pictures! They even picked the truck from the dealer for me as I was purchasing from out of state. Every question answered, any concerns addressed, such a wonderful group of people to work with. Can't recomend highly enough!!

This was my second vehicle I had coated. After I had my other car coated two years ago, I drove to PA and KY and didn’t get a single rock chip. I feel like my car is protected against about anything and it’s a fraction of the cost of getting PPF on your whole car. Plus, I don’t have to wax it; it’s always shiny and looks like new. The ceramic coating on the wheels makes it easier to clean. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. I plan on getting our next family car done. I highly recommend Icon.

I don't know if the picture does it justice! These guys are grade A, top-notch from the start. I waited a little while to do a review. I was impressed from the initial consult right up until the job was complete. They were up front with pricing which was very reasonable and competitive. No one tried to upsell anything. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my truck was ready, they definitely went the extra mile. The quality is outstanding and you can tell he is a perfectionist. There are quite a few companies that do ceramic coating and some may do a good job. These guys in my opinion are on a different level. The quality of the work is outstanding and I was very impressed with their customers service. I can honestly say I have not encountered quality customer service like this in my 58 years of life. If you want quality ceramic coating on your truck or car with someone you can trust and rely on and someone that is honest, these are your guys hands down! Leland and his staff were awesome. Leland went through the processes based on the usage of the vehicle and then I purchased the materials that best fitted my needs. They took my truck in and did an outstanding job cleaning, prepping and applying my ceramic coating. They even gave me a ride to my house since the process was going to take 24 hours to complete the initial curing process. I love how my truck looks, as well as having the knowledge that my truck is protected for the next 15 years. I was so impressed that I got my brother to get his truck done by Ceramic King Coatings!!! Solid company. After 3 months of research I decided to go with these guys because they were the only ones who offered an explanation of the differences in coatings, additionally they offered a different product for each different parts of the car. I dealt with Leland, Morgan, Butch and Ashley. All 4 of them were great, knowledgeable, professional and care about your car like their car. My buddy had the same package put on his C7 convertible with special attention to the rag top. Both of our cars came out better than the new factory paint. I highly recommend the non-ceramic coating option and I highly recommend this shop to install it. It is pricey yes but car guys and gals know you gotta pay if you wanna play. I will definitely be bringing them the wife’s car after her next trade in.
