After the first meeting we had I knew I wanted to work with Jay. I was a first time home buyer with a thousand questions and he answered them all in a thoughtful way that was easy to understand. Absolutely recommend working with Jay Verburg! He is responsive, professional and kind, My transaction had a stressful glitch (not anything to do with him or Wintrust), and he handled it calmly and with his sound advice, it all worked out. The Wintrust lendee portal is very user-friendly.
