I had 8 white oaks that fell during a storm and I was completely devastated; they destroyed some of property. Evan and his colleague were able to remove all of the trees. He is very professional, honest, diligent, a hard worker, and goes above and beyond. He has a passion for his work and it shows. I highly recommend him! I have no complaints! Evan did a great job. We took down 6 large trees: 5 white oaks and a beech. Evan milled them all onsite and stacked them with stickers to cure readied for transport. Easy to work with…appreciate his work!

What a pleasant experience we just had, meeting Evan Bassarab, owner of the mill. We were looking for walnut slabs to turn into our island top, and after finding the mill online, made an appointment to see what he had in stock. After a quick conversation over the phone, he invited us to see what he had kiln dried, at his home shop, because his slabs are not at his lumber yard yet.We were greeted with a smile from an experienced tree feller, who has a wealth of knowledge and beautiful kiln dried wood. He pulled, from his stockyard, 7 walnut slabs, milled from the same tree, and we found a pair that will be perfect for us.So if you’re looking for kiln dried wood; slabs, fire wood, or dimensional lumber, give Evan a call.
