The PT Hub
Summary:
I would highly recommend the PT hub to anyone! Even people that 'don't do fitness' like I where I was! - don't hesitate, just sign up and try it for a few weeks! It might change your life for the better!
BACKGROUND:
I was feeling ready for a new challenge and the PT hub looked just the ticket! I have now been at the PT hub for a month and I am really feeling the benefits!
In the past I felt really out of place in a gym and really never had a clue what I was supposed to do. I signed up to improve my energy levels, learn how to use the equipment, keep the dad bod in check and provide me with the energy required to keep up with my three young kids!
Why PT hub works for me:
-At the PT hub the coaches explain things in a simple way and tailor everything to my ability. The team always provide encouragement and make the small group PT training and larger group sessions varied and fun!
- I am able to plan my small group PT sessions around my very busy life (shift worker, kids etc)
this is because there are multiple sessions everyday of the week in the morning or evening to choose from. They even run multiple sessions on a Saturday too! Getting all my sessions planned every week is not something I was able to achieve elsewhere due to shift work /kids.
Since I'm not missing sessions, I am able to maximise what I get out of my PT hub membership week in week out and I am really feeling good for it.
