I recently attended one of Restoration Advisors’ retreats and it was honestly a great experience. I walked away with a lot of useful information and some good direction for our business.The team is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really understands the restoration industry. It wasn’t just generic business advice — it was practical and actually applies to what we deal with every day.I’m glad I went and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them. My review of this event…. I’m glad I came!! I learned more around this group of owners about how to look at conflict than I have almost anywhere else. The rising tide floats all boats mentality was evident. Will go again as long as I have a business still.

One of the most genuine and transparent events I’ve attended for my business! The Montana retreat that Restoration Advisors host gathered other restoration companies with owners and employees whose businesses range from 1-30 million per year.This event allowed each of us to essentially open our books, vent our concerns and share our wins. It was a unique event to witness how everyone was being completely transparent and vulnerable allowing everyone to gather some of the best insight and experiences to the challenges we all go through.My team and I walked away refreshed and energized with a ton of great ideas and a solid game plan to take home. I’m looking forward to all of the ongoing support and community relationships that we developed within their amazing group.Thank you Klark & Toby for being amazing hosts and we hope to see you next year!

Toby came to our facility this week to meet my leadership team, help us find a clear direction, and prove to us that we have what it takes to reach our goals and dreams. I’ve tried everything. For 2.5+ years. Nothing was working. Admittedly I was skeptical at first because I’ve been let down so many times. But Toby really opened my eyes and was able to easily rally my team to want to see the changes he knows we are capable of achieving. It obviously starts with a good team behind me (which I have already been blessed to have) but adding Toby to our team is the best decision I’ve made in many years. I am so excited about what he has to bring to the table and I know he’s going to help me and my team bring our company to the next level and beyond. He isn’t just an adviser. Toby is now part of our All Pro Restoration family on so many levels. But that’s not to say Klark wasn’t also a huge part of this review as well. His knowledge in our industry has been something I’ve gleaned from for 8+ years. So thank you to Klark too. Welcome to the team!
