I can’t say enough great things about working with Nancy and her team. Nancy recently handled the sale of my childhood home in Newport Beach. This was a Probate sale and was very emotional for me. Nancy was so supportive and kind. She was always available to answer my questions and provide me with advice. She generated multiple offers on my home immediately and we closed escrow in less than a month. I would highly recommend Nancy Andreason. I plan on using her services in the new future to sell another home in Corona del Mar. Thank you so much Nancy!

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate professional in the Newport Beach area.

Thank you Nancy for helping us to purchase our dream home! Nancy is very professional and well knowledge. She always answered our questions with a quick response that made us feel very confidence when making an offer. The owner has chosen to sell the house to us. From day one of writing an offer to closing escrow date was exactly 30 days. Nancy updated to us very detail of the buying transaction. We could not any happier for a smooth journey and stress free with her. I love working with Nancy and I think everyone will too!

Nancy helped my mom sell her house, I've never worked with a smarter real estate agent. High powered, quick, and absolutely professional.. we couldn't have asked for a better team. Nancy was excellent at fielding offers, helping with negotiations, and her son Corey came over and helped my mom with some of the physically demanding stuff. If you're one of those people who is always on the ball yourself, Nancy is the real estate agent for you.

I just sold a home that I have been in for almost 40 years. At the same time, I purchased a home in Reno and will be moving in two weeks. Selling a home and buying another at the same time is extremely stressful as I found out. I cannot believe the fantastic job Nancy did in getting my property sold. There were some pretty difficult issues that came up but she handled everything with such professionalism. I would encourage anyone out there who is either selling or buying their home to have Nancy as their realtor. She will get you the best price in the least amount of time! She’s just a real cool lady!

Nancy Andreason, Southern California realtor. As out-of-state owners, we relied on Nancy Andreason for every step of preparing, listing, and selling our Huntington Beach home. Her advice was excellent—she knew exactly what to fix, what to leave alone, and she managed contractors and follow-up right up to the final days, even personally handling unexpected issues. She priced the home perfectly, resulting in a final sale price of more than $100,000 above asking. She also knew which offers were serious, which to pass on, and even guided a brief bidding war. We accepted the final offer just five days after listing. After a few days of back-and-forth over contingencies, Nancy successfully negotiated their removal. She then guided us through a quick escrow, including navigating the home’s ownership trust and coordinating all of the remote document signing. What could have been a stressful process became a genuinely pleasant experience. We feel very fortunate to have had Nancy as our agent and highly recommend her to anyone in the area.
