Tree Smith came out to clear some fallen trees in neighboring properties here in Stonebridge. I am not their customer. Their crew did some minor damage to some of my shrubbery when they dragged large sections of downed trees out to their equipment on the road.I complained to the crew and the business owner Alex came out soon afterward to meet me in person to review my concerns. I’m quite impressed by how quickly he contacted me in person and how my concerns were resolved. The company is family-owned, which I usually prefer to do business with. Alex is a people-person with whom I connected with right away. I now understand why his business is so highly rated, and I will consider him for future services if the need arises. Thank you, Alex!

After last night's storm decided my garage looked a little too structurally sound, a massive tree came crashing down like Mother Nature had a personal vendetta against me. I called Tree Smith Ann Arbor, and within what felt like minutes, a rugged lumberjack rolled up to give me a quote. I called 2 other business after he left because who wants to spend hard earned money on cleaning up trees and his price was right on point with the other but he had something they didn't.... dimples.These absolute tree-whispering gods made that fallen oak disappear so fast I started wondering if they were removing the tree or auditioning for America's Got Talent. Watching them confidently sling chainsaws around while effortlessly tossing giant logs had me staring out the window way longer than necessary. My wife asked if I was making sure they were doing a good job. I think I was making sure I still liked women (unclear now).They were fast, professional, hilarious, and somehow left my yard cleaner than it was before the storm. My garage is safe, my neighbors are impressed, and I'm now secretly hoping another tree falls... strictly so I have an excuse to call Alex and hold his chainsaw (almost got 4 stars because I couldn't play with his chainsaw).10/10. Five stars. My trees are gone, my property is saved, and my heterosexuality had an unexpectedly busy afternoon.

I was very happy with the speed and professionalism that Tree Smith handled a tree that fell due to storm damage. I appreciated that I could call early in the morning and Alex was at my door within an hour. They were able to remove the tree that prevented us from leaving our house and the clean up was great!Very highly recommended for tree service!!!

Alex and team took down ~15 large trees at my residence. They were extremely efficient getting everything on the ground and hauled away. He’s got a great team and left the property very cleaned up. I recommend their services.

Great Service! Alex and his crew removed four large black cherry trees from our yard. Two of the trees were very large 3 ft and 4 ft diameter. Three of the trees were very close to the house. Alex and his team worked professionally and quickly to remove the trees safely. They were courteous and careful to minimize damage to the lawn and surrounding trees. I highly recommend Tree Smith.
