Tried F45 at Bella Terra today with my daughters as part of the 14-day trial and we loved it! The coaches were friendly, attentive, and very supportive. I love this gym. Malik, Cody, Mili -- all the trainers I've worked with have challenged me to lift heavier and make real progress. It's motivating to show up on time, knowing everything is set up and planned out so that I can shut off my brain and put in my 45 - 60 minutes of solid work.

Tried out f45 for the first time ever this past week and I'm glad I chose this location!! The trainers are supportive and kind to a new beginner like me who was very intimidated to try out a workout class. Absolutely enjoy this place! Great workouts. Great instructors. I recently had a minor setback causing me to be out 6 weeks. They started a 46 day Challenge setting personal goals. This has been exactly what I needed to get back on track. Coaches encourage, motivate and demonstrate workout before starting. Showing me the proper technique for the best results. This is the best maximized 45 mins, try it, you’ll be glad you did!
