Joe, Janusz, Annette, and their entire team delivered not only a spectacular transformation of our kitchen but something increasingly difficult to find today: genuine, old-world European craftsmanship.Every craftsman who entered our home approached his work with an almost unbelievable level of pride and personal responsibility. These weren’t people simply showing up to complete a job. They were perfectionists who genuinely cared about the finished product. I honestly believe some of these gentlemen went home at night thinking about challenges they encountered during the day and how they could return the next morning with an even better solution. Their goal wasn’t merely to meet our expectations. It was to exceed them. Every single time.Let me share one example that perfectly illustrates their character.My wife noticed the tiniest nick on a panel of one of our tall cabinets, likely caused during transportation. Most contractors would have offered a little touch-up paint and considered the matter closed. Not this team. They replaced the entire panel, a process requiring approximately six man-hours of additional work. No excuses. No arguments. No shortcuts. They were every bit as committed to perfection as my wife was!And that attitude carried through every aspect of the project.Communication was consistently clear, professional, and timely. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed, and every commitment was honored. The project was completed on schedule and at the exact price we agreed upon. The hood fits our kitchen perfectly, the finish is flawless, and it looks like it was always meant to be there. Just had our kitchen remodeled and wow. Beyond what we expected. From the beginning to the end the owners were given update after update and made the process so simple and honestly completely stress free. Their employees are wonderful and really take their time to make everything right with zero complaints. They are very detailed and do everything right. No sloppy work and cutting corners with this company. They make the finest details to perfection. Would highly recommend!
