I noticed a couple loose shingles after our last gale force windstorm and Will was on the roof by that afternoon! He found more loose tiles I had not seen and exposed nail heads that could’ve caused big problems later. I received pictures of the damage as well as of the repairs all done, cleanly and properly. Well where do I start. Firstly I'm always a little suspicious of many reviews since I've learned how to spot potential frauds as well as A-I created documents and I try to stay far away from those. When it comes to service, I can promise you this, that Will and his company Roof Repair Partners is the real deal. Will, the owner was out in our neighborhood yesterday going from house to house offering estimates after the terrible wind storms that we've had the previous few days. Unlike many of the companies, most from out of state and you can't verify there information since they are from out of state, and most of the time, they aren't even listed as a legitimate business, with business cards that, you can tell, they printed themselves! That's a dead giveaway, not that printing your own cards makes you a scammer, but it gives one to pause and examine the company, if there really is a company but after checking out the 4 companies that showed up after these last storms that did do some very serious damage, and 3 of them were out of state. One was from Louisiana and the others from Texas! They reminded me of a bunch of vultures just waiting for that last breath!Will took the time to really determine what needed to be done, and unlike the other estimates, he took his time and left nothing to chance. His inspection of our roof was so meticulous and concise and then after completing the task, he left no stone unturned. He removed every ounce of branch material cut from the 3 trees that were causing the roof damage, and since I had been up on the roof just a few days earlier examining the damage myself, I can say with all honestly that Will did the most thorough job and left nothing to chance so we wouldn't have any surprises later. Let's face it, when the owner of the company is the one up there on the ladder and the roofs, well, he convinced me, and we will definitely use them again should the need arise.We trust Will and his company to do the right thing and he most certainly did. I'm grateful that he came knocking when he did, and saved me all kinds of money and headaches. You won't be sorry if you decide to use Roof Repair Partners.

Will & Logan showed in less than 24 hours after my request for assistance, assessed the issue (a couple of loose shingles), then came back an hour later to begin and finish the job. Great work and a very reasonable price. My hat is off to RRP!

We were out of the country when our daughter found we had a severe leak in the ceiling of a downstairs bedroom. We had no idea what it could be, but certainly thought it was a roof issue. We contacted Roof Repair Partners. They thoroughly investigated the water problem and found that it was not a roof leak, but instead was a ruptured line in the wall behind a refrigerator in a bar in our upstairs game room. They immediately pulled the refrigerator, found the ruptured pipe, and shut off the valve. Then they cleaned the mess, located a fan in our garage and set it up to dry the drywall and flooring. They also cleaned up our downstairs guest room, saved our expensive wood floors by completely drying them, and setup a bucket for any residual leakage from the ceiling. They also took infrared pictures of our ceiling and emailed them to us; so we would know where any residual damage would be. These guys run a roofing company; but took the time to help us even though our problem had nothing to do with a roof leak. They are phenomenal!
