Signed up and it didn't disappoint! I did almost 4 months of mainly strength classes and the trainers were great, relaxed and made it challenging! Would have loved to have done more classes but times didn't suit me and only stopped due to finances and life circumstances. Overall a great experience, which has helped me feel more comfortable with gym classes and exercise which was one of my main goals after so long being lazy! Hopefully I will be able to take what I've learned and keep making progress. Thanks team Griffin Fit

Such a brilliant team of motivating trainers. I am 51 years old and feel fitter and stronger than I have for years! All the team are so knowledgable, professional and supportive. Love the classes and highly recommend.

Awesome session led by a brilliant pt. Lizzie explained the exercises well and gave great 1 to 1 support when needed. Definitely felt energised afterwards! Can't wait to go back.

After 18 months of constant neck and back pain, numerous doctors, physios and others with zero improvement Seeing Lizzie over the past couple of months, I am finally rid of the daily pain and can now function without the extreme pain I was under. Would recommend her to anyone trying to resolve muscle tension or a bit of relaxation.

Phenomenal studio with wonderful trainers. The slew of services offered for the cost is close to unbeatable. Parking can be a bit hard to sort depending on the time of the day, but it is never actually impossible. Absolutely worth your time, money and effort.

Highly recommended. I really enjoy the circuits and can see how my fitness levels have improved. It’s not a everyday gym where you are waiting to get on to certain equipment. You go and get the workout done!! Lizzie and the team are brill, very approachable and know there stuff!!! 👍

I've been a member for several years now and love it. There's a great atmosphere and the PTs are all very supportive and knowledgeable. Sessions are fun and varied and there's no judgement if you need to take a break or take it down a notch. I'd never made good use of a gym membership until I joined Griffin Fit.
