Have been an active member (3-4 sessions per week) for 6 years. I think that in itself it testament to how good this Gym is. . I like the fact the sessions are broken down into Strength, Cardio & Hybrid classes with the opportunity to do Boxercise on a Monday evening. The program changes every 6 weeks so it is always challenging. The coaches are 1st class, always there to assist and offer advice when needed. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend joining elements fitness. It offers tailored personal exercises with loads of in-person and online support. The team and other members made me feel welcome from the start. I got great results and I never got board of the workouts as they were constantly being changed and updated

I originally joined Elements in January to support my training plan for the London Marathon and it’s made a huge difference to my strength and overall fitness. Vince and his team are just brilliant 🤩 they make the workouts varied and challenging while being fun and enjoyable. I intend to continue after the marathon. ❤️

Signing up with Element fitness was one of the best things I have ever done! Elements is a fantastic community training club! All members are and eclectic mix of friendly people, and the coaches are amazing. Vince and the team put on classes that are strength and cardio focused - with a mix of hybrid in between. No two days are the same which means the workouts are never boring which keep you coming back for more. The coaches are always checking your form, pushing you to achieve more and really care about the progress of their clients. It's a real personal training vibe in a group setting! I cannot rate them highly enough!

I highly recommend Elements Fitness Training. I've never stuck to any training programme before. However Elements is very inclusive, the coaches are encouraging and always seem to know your abilities better than you do. I have now been attending regular sessions with Elements for almost a year and absolutely love going. There are various session times, to help fit into your day. If I've kept this up, absolutely anyone can!

I have attempted many fitness classes or gyms, but never stuck with anything for long. Elements has been a completely different experience. The sessions change regularly with a mix of cardio and strength training. The instructors are very encouraging and seem to know your abilities better than you do!! The community is friendly with no competition or judgement - the only person you're in competition with or is judging you, is you! There are numerous session times to suit everyone. If I can stick at this consistently for almost a year, then anyone can! I honestly love it!

This is honestly the best classes I have ever done. I couldn't recommend Vince and Sarah highly enough. They know how to make everyone feel welcome, they genuinely care about every individual and take time toake sure you are working at the right level for you. These cardio/strength classes seemed really daunting, and I was scared I would look like an idiot or hurt myself. I have a bad shoulder, have had a minor back injury, and all sorts of age related aches. Everything is modified to your speed, and to your ability, with loads of encouragement, motivation and support.If you are nervous about getting back into exercise then this super friendly team offers coached classes that will challenge you, with none of the intimidating machines or choreography. Enjoyable straightforward exercise in a really friendly fun environment.
