For many years, I followed online influencers and purchased their gym programs. While some of them worked to a degree, they were never truly effective. During that time, I also worked with a personal trainer, but due to limited guidance and interaction, I found myself making little to no progress and eventually ending up back at square one—again relying on influencers and hoping I’d eventually get the same results.Around a year ago, I came across Gabriel on Instagram. I reached out and spoke with him on and off over about six months. Throughout that time, he was always willing to offer advice and encouraged me to reach out whenever I had questions. I kept telling myself I’d get there eventually, but never fully committed—until one day, he offered me a phone call.During that call, we discussed my long-term goals and how to realistically achieve them. I explained my five-year journey with weight loss and the ongoing challenges I faced. The conversation felt natural—like talking to a mate I’d known for years. It was comfortable, honest, and straightforward.Together, we created a plan focused on getting me back to double digits before building muscle. Within just five months of working with Gabriel, I achieved that goal (photos attached as proof).I honestly wish I had found Gabriel sooner. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
