Fast forward three years working with Gab from The Powerbuilding Project, and the difference has been huge.Not only did I lose over 15kg early on, but I’ve kept the weight off and completely changed my body composition while continuing to get stronger year after year. The training has always been tailored to my ability, my goals, and even the sports I’m playing at the time, which has made a massive difference in both performance and consistency.One of the biggest things Gab has done is keep me progressing while staying healthy. I’m lifting weights I never thought would be possible, but I’m rarely dealing with the constant soreness or burnout I used to think was “normal”. Even when injuries have popped up along the way, Gab has been able to adjust the program so I could keep training, stay motivated, and keep moving forward instead of going backwards.He’s also helped me build a much better understanding of nutrition and accountability with food. I now genuinely understand what “healthy” looks like for me and how to fuel my training and recovery.Three years in, I still enjoy going to the gym and still feel like I’m progressing, which is something I never thought I’d say before starting.I honestly couldn’t recommend Gab and The Powerbuilding Project more highly. It’s been life-changing for my health, strength and overall lifestyle.
