I asked for a quote, a date was given when someone would come and take a look at my roof using a drone (could be done without anyone at the property). I’ve called about 5 times following up on this, to see if the drone flight occurred or if it hadn’t, then when would it happen. Each time, the lady and gentleman on the phone was unable to tell me if it happened. They just kept telling me they would speak to the person who flies the drone but no one ever got back to me. Each call I was back at square one. I have a young child and my wife didn’t like the thought of a drone randomly appearing at the window when we do not it would be there. I’ve given up calling now; even if I was given a quote I cannot trust the company to turn up based upon this very basic interaction so far. Very disappointed, especially due to the good reviews the company has.Edit in response to update from owner:I work full time remotely from home, I have cctv cameras and a ring doorbell and did not have anyone come to my door. I was also told no one would need to be at home, despite me being home full time and my wife working from home twice a week

Recently, they re-pointed the brickwork on my chimney stack, repaired the lead flashing and flaunching, and cemented a new pot on top. A big shout-out to this fantastic company!We had our roof done about six years ago and thought all was fine until David diagnosed what others couldn’t.He found out the previous roofer had used plyboard instead of OSB Sterling board, which led to delamination under the fiberglass.They erected scaffolding a few weeks later, removed the old roof, added insulation that wasn’t there before, improved ventilation, and finished it with a GRP fiberglass system.I just can’t thank this team enough for how they handled it.From the initial quote right through to the final job. Efficient, professional.
