Being first time home buyers who never really planned on buying a home being long term renters, he walked us through all the steps, and was quick to answer any questions. We were also searching from out of state which presents it’s own set of challenges, but Paul made the whole process as easy as it could be. He was quick to schedule showings and would send detailed videos of the house and neighborhood. We were able to feel comfortable enough to put in an offer on a house based on Paul’s videos. He was very thorough and went over each and every part of the offer contract, so we knew what we were signing. The escrow and inspection process was also easy considering being out of state, and we always felt we could contact Paul anytime we had a question even if we felt it might be a stupid one. He was super flexible with us when we finally made our move and met us with the keys, which made the end of an out of state moving process as enjoyable as it can be.We would easily recommend Paul to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Salt Lake County area. He is fantastic at what he does and brings a lot of knowledge and friendliness to what can be an extremely stressful process. I was introduced to Emily through a mutual friend with the praise that she would take all of the pain out of the process and she really did deliver! Emily came through my house to advise me on things like which art should be left for staging and which more eccentric pieces should be packed. She also hired someone to come through and do my detail cleaning (wash walls, mirrors, door handles, floors & floorboards, etc.) which is incredibly crucial to putting your home's best foot forward. And then she staged my home beautifully! She even sent me some extra boxes and then offered to help me pack (I declined this offer since she had done plenty already lol)! My home was sold within a week or so of listing! Honestly this was such an easy process and all due to Emily's efforts. She communicated with me regularly and answered all of my questions. I can't recommend her enough! She genuinely cared about me and getting me the best offer while making the whole process run very smoothly! Less
