MNM Dance studio adult classes has provided me with a fitness program for over 10 years. Studio owner, teacher Miss Mishl is a professional and exceptionally kind person. She is supported by a strong group of friendly professional teachers. Barre classes ( barre attack and barre body) are on twice a week. The teachers do an exceptional job with class planning providing variation in exercises targeting various muscles of the body for a full body workout. Equipment is provided including barres, hand and leg weights, balance boards, sliders, resistance bands, balls and mats.MNM Dance studio provides a professional fun place to exercise.
