They are fantastic company to work with. I received orders at the last minute while my home was under major renovations. They assisted with ensuring the renovations were completed and periodically preformed inspections on the home. After the renovations were completed they took amazing photos of the home and were able to quickly get a tenant into the property. They keep me updated on any issues and I look forward to Double D Property Solutions to continue to manage my home. Double D Property has been a part of my life since 2019. She has cared for my property just like it was her. The property says rented and she ensures the renters are taken care of. She makes the renters feel like they’ve part of a family. If there’s a problem she’s right on it so that the renters know that they can call and the situation is solved as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Double D Property Solutions to anyone looking to rent a home. Double D Property Solutions always made sure my babies and I were comfortable in our home. Our rental never felt like a rental, it was home , no nagging Landlords, always made sure problems were fixed in a timely manner. ( weren’t very many problems but when there was one, they were on it)This company is now our family. The sweetest people you well ever meet. Double D Property Solutions Is a company with integrity and very family oriented. Definitely going to miss them. Too notch management, hands down!

Double D properties has been the BEST management I have had as a renter. I was stationed at Robins AFB for the past 3.5 years and have been blessed with the location and home. The house was perfect and had all the luxuries I needed to survive. Highly recommend for Military as this company is very understanding of the sacrifices that are involved. Double D Properties were always quick to respond to any inquiries and maintenance items were fast to be resolved. This company lives on ethical/integrous values, and it shows in their business practices. I HIGHLY recommend them. It's real simple on the renter side of things: Be a good person, pay your rent on time and don't destroy the home.

I decided to post a photo of my husband and I because it's disheartening to read someone say that this woman is racist. That is by far the last thing that can be said about her. She is a Business woman. She abides by her guidelines and sticks to the ethical and fair way of handling business. It's honorable and I'm grateful to have crossed paths with her and her husband during our time of searching, it has been an excellent experience.Denise has required what's only expected of anyone that is renting a home. Pay on time, maintain the upkeep of the property, be honest and communicate. Whenever there has been an issue she was one call that's all she was very quick to respond and have someone on the scene immediately. She is a straight shooter, I value the time spent with her. The home was extremely nice and cozy, the neighborhood was lovely, very quiet and a peaceful place to dwell. Thank you Denise and Chris for being loyal and committed to creating a fair opportunity for us renters that are intentional about having more and doing better. I rented a home from Double D Property Solutions from 2015 to 2020. They are an amazing company and even better people. They made sure all repairs were handled in a timely manner and they truly care about their tenants. Their homes are well maintained and safe. They even dropped off presents for my three children at Christmas. We just bought a home or else I would still be renting from them. I will miss them very much as I move into this next chapter if my life. You won't find a better company to work with.

We rented with Double D Property Solutions for two years from 2017-2019. They were were wonderful landlords. Repairs were always timely. They communicated with us fantastically and asked only that we do the same for them. At no point did the house we were in ever feel like anything but our home.Double D went above and beyond when it came to our relationship. They checked in with us to see how we were doing and got to know us as people not just as tenants. When a storm came through, they asked how our autistic son handled it not just how the property faired. They built trust with us and, again, only asked that we do the same.Had we not moved out of state we would still be in a Double D Property. They take care of the families that live in the homes just as much as they do the houses they rent.
