They were appointed to handle my money afairs. I called to get information about the fees and procedures as I was not in the know. Jason explained to me and I was very satified with his explanation. I then proceeded to go to gym and when I returned home they refused to handle my case based on what they regard as rude behaviour from my family. I was flabergasted. I am their client. They had my money in their account or still do and refused to do business with me and answer my calls after I was asked to call them back by either Jason or Marco ( I did not ask the name). They have my money and refuse to talk to me. They can just give me proof of payment and foot the trasaction fees as their behaviour was unethical.. and I'll be on my way. Very very self-righteous behaviour and super bad customer service. I was never rude to them, never. I would stongly recommend not using them.

I would like to say thank you to Marco van der Walt for handling my case for me, I received a notice of motion for a defamation case to appear at the High Court in Cape Town. I sent him the court file and he breezed through it and gave me a recommedation that was a great option. He mentioned to me that he would handle the proceedings for me and liase with the company in question, their law firm.
