It was great at describing what DBT is and what is apart of it in an approachable way while starting to connect it with music therapy practices and interventions. Kelly does a terrific job of teaching a beginning ukulele class for music therapists! I would highly recommend this class if you are in need of CMTE's and would like to use ukulele in your music therapy practice but do not know the ukulele.

As someone who was already familiar with DBT skills through conference sessions and introductory opportunities offered by The Spiegel Academy, I was initially uncertain about the added value of completing the DBT-informed Music Therapy Intensive Training.
