My experience with National Masters Construction LLC was very disappointing. I hired them to remodel my kitchen and install flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their work. They installed a cabinet that was not designed for a sink and modified it to accommodate the sink, damaging the cabinetry in the process. The painting and wall patching were poorly finished, the flooring was improperly installed, and paint stains were left on both the floors and baseboards. They also placed nails inside the cabinets that I believe were inappropriate.I am also concerned that the contractor uses ChatGPT to edit photos of his work, making the results appear better than they actually are. In my experience, the photos do not accurately reflect the quality or condition of the work delivered.I have asked them to address these problems, but so far they have not provided a solution. It is frustrating to pay for a remodel and end up with damage and work that needs to be corrected.Based on the quality of the work I received and their lack of response to my complaints, I do not recommend this company.
