Great company to deal with from site visit to recommendation to quote , onto scheduling & completion. I had a small room on my main floor that was cold in winter & hotter than rest of my home in summer. His solution was to use spray foam in basement below room & increase blow in insulation in attic above. Within hours the temperature in the room had significantly improved. Thank you Jay! I did have a very bad experience. I went there a week ago because my car had a loud noise. James said it's was from the alternator. He said he changed but the noise still. The same day he said that the noise comes from the water pump. Why did he tell me that was the alternator in the first place! I didn't see the part that was replaced but I made a mistake of not asking for. The problem that took my car there was the noise that still there. Paid almost $1000. I'm very disappointed
