I called James today in a panic as my belt went on my 2016 Equinox. As a busy single mom I was so worried about the cost and time I would loss my car for. But James was amazing. He had the part ordered and installed in a few short hours. I was blown away at how quickly the job wass completed and how James went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend. It was also nice to see how clean the shop was and how friendly all the employees were.

I took my 2016 Caravan for front end repairs. They not only fixed the problem, now it runs perfect! They also cleaned and vacuumed it out. It is so refreshing to find mechanics who genuinely care about their work and their customers. 10/5 stars

Ken and his team at Elevate Automotive are fantastic!! They’ve helped me with everything from A/C repairs, brakes, pads and rotors, spark plugs, and exhaust leaks to diagnosing issues with my truck before they became bigger problems. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and always take the time to explain what’s going on.The whole team is friendly, professional, and great to deal with. I always leave knowing my vehicle has been properly taken care of, and that’s why Elevate Automotive will be my go-to shop for all of my vehicles moving forward. I recently took my van to Elevate Automotive to have my winter tires swapped out (thanks Rich!) and decided to take advantage of their new detailing service while I was there. Jordan and crew did an amazing job. My van looks and feels like new again. The attention to detail was impressive, and the service was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. It’s not often you drive away feeling like you got more than you expected, but that was definitely the case here. Absolutely worth the drive from St. Catharines, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
