I’ve been going here for about over a year for weight loss. I’m down 56 lbs, muscle up and feeling great. The nurses are top notch and have been wildly helpful. Now that Whitney is leading I have full faith in this space and place. She’s a leader with great customer centricity, high levels of integrity, and is incredibly helpful.

Foothill Wellness has been fantastic to help me recover from ACL surgery. I did several sessions in the hyperbaric chamber as well as red light therapy, which made my recovery much easier. I also had great results when doing NAD. I didn’t realize that it was just the boost I needed to help with my general wellbeing. I would definitely recommend their services!

Foothill Wellness never disappoints! They have amazing staff and a clean, welcoming environment. I went again a few weeks ago to get an IV and had amazing results. Be sure to do the red light beds while you’re there as well.

Just went to Foothill Wellness & Recovery last week. I had a cryo facial with Sarah and it was honestly such a good experience from start to finish.The facial itself was dreamy and so relaxing, but also results-driven. Sarah clearly knows her stuff and went above and beyond — she explained things, personalized the treatment, and made me feel completely taken care of. My skin was tight, glowing, and refreshed when I left, and I’m still loving the results.Already counting down until my next visit.

Update: icryo is a stand-up company, and I'm happy their services are available. They have been really good about addressing my concerns. Today, when I went in, they apologized to me and took very good care of me. They had obviously addressed the staff and issues and provided a great experience. This kind of customer service is rarely seen these days. I'm looking forward to continuing my treatment here.I've been coming to icryo for their hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help with sensorineural hearing loss, I was sad to find out the hyperbaric chamber is only pressurized with room air, not oxygen, as it seems worded differently on their website. If you do come for HBOT, make sure to bring a portable fan. The last several times I've gone into the chamber, the fan they've provided does not work, and it gets really hot and humid in there! Additionally, yesterday, they started my one hour time before the chamber was brought up to pressure. Today, I ended up having to unlock myself out of the chamber because nobody was there to bring me out. I waited for about 20 minutes while the chamber was fully depressorized and yelled a few times to get staff attention. Eventually, I got myself out and left. The staff are nice, but the inconsistencies are difficult, especially considering I've spent over $1200 on these therapies.

Thanks for the introduction to the studio! All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The services offered are wide ranging. The cryo chamber was convenient and easy. Seriously considering a membership rather than using the services one at a time.

Since I signed up my dad for NAD, Red light and compression therapy, I also started doing treatments here at ICryo. 5 plus star for cleanliness, exceptional staff, and ease of getting in. I love the cryo, dry sauna, red-light and compression. I started sessions for em sculpt and feel great. Cryo is my favorite but the hip compression is helping my hip and back pain. I also get the vitamin shots which is amazing. So glad this option is available in our backyard. Gina

My step sister asked me to come along for a cryotherapy session. I let the staff know I had never been there before and I didn’t know what was going to happen. I didn’t sign any waiver and I was not told any information about the “cryo session” I just got in the giant fridge and listened to the tech tell me to stand in it for three minutes despite the extreme pain I started to feel in my fingers while inside. As soon as I got out I said my fingers are hurting really badly, the staff members said oh I should have given you the gloves before getting in. I was waiting and waiting for the pain to go away later that night I noticed my fingers were throbbing tingling and extremely sensitive to cold and hot water and touch. I chat gptd the symptoms and found that it is extremely common to get a “cold burn” from cryotherapy and the symptoms I am experiencing are common symptoms of cold exposure. I was shocked and am patiently waiting for the nerve sensitivity to stop. I feel it’s extremely unethical to offer this service without warning about the injuries that are common. I don’t trust the staff I don’t feel they were knowledgeable and I highly suggest anyone avoid this business for their own well being.

Absolutely incredible. The whole staff was amazing and so patient. I had so many questions and they helped me figure out what the best treatment plan would be for me. Everyone was professional but also made me feel very comfortable trying new things. I highly recommend taking the time to learn about their different equipment options because i was amazed to learn that they use only the best of the best. You won’t find the same thing just anywhere. I know most treatments take time but even with just starting i feel the benefits!
