I have experienced a couple of dentists in the US since I came to the US in 2014. I have been in many places.Dr. Bien is an exceptional thoughtful dentist who cares about and spends time, energy, and attention for you. The staff also are very friendly, respectful, and they know what they do, all professionals. There are always minor suggestions that I can have to improve their service but I think it does not worth mentioning them here since they are probably minor to many people.Dr. Bien is also very good in giving you a clear treatment plan and clarifying the costs checking with your insurance and letting you know that which portion will be covered by the insurance (this is something that many doctor offices fail to do properly).So, I strongly recommend her 100%.

Grateful for Dr.Shirley Bien. I got into a bad bike accident Sunday afternoon and lost my tooth. Dr.Bien saw me Monday morning and was able to rescue my tooth. You are in the best care as one of her patients.

I have very severe dental anxiety to the point where I cry and have anxiety attacks even thinking about going. Nevertheless I somehow managed to go for a consultation at Greenhills dental.1st note. I don't remember her name but the lady at front desk was literally the sweetest most comforting person ever. She never made me feel bad at all. Talked to me with respect and eased my anxiety if only by a little. I got the impression she is a genuinely empathetic person and it made my experience way better right off the bat.2nd note: I next went back to get xrays. Which I won't lie was a little annoying/uncomfortable but the lady doing that was very professional, patient and understanding of my emotional state. It wasn't painful but I guess having a terrible gag reflex plus the thing poking into your mouth isn't exactly pleasant.3rd note. Dr Shirley Bien saw me to do a general look and feel of gums and had great bedside manner while also being very matter of fact, which was definitely appreciated. She referred me to a periodontal specialist.The receptionist talked to me some more explained more details. And I was on my way.10/10

Doctor Shirley is the BEST in the business!!A few year back my old dentist said I would lose all my teeth because of genetic gum issues and I list about1/3 from the bad work my old dentist did year backAnd Dr Bien took on my gum issues and saved the rest of my teeth and any gum issues and now gone, at my current age if 61 I now have braces and soon to place the teeth I lost!!!She is ALWAYS on her game, Well knowable of herIndustry and continually go to seminars and getting training in the newest cutting edge treatment and Procedures in dental treatments!!!!She very warm and personable, she is very concerned about her patients, and her staff Mirrors her as well!!I have never entered into the office were her staff has not greeted me with a warm, always ask me how my day is going.This office rates 1 out 10, a clear 15!!!!

Dr. Bein prides herself in keeping up with the latest dentistry technology as well as knowledge. I travel from Georgia to have her keep my teeth and gums in excellent condition! I recommend anyone who wants their teeth taken care of with excellent professionalism, latest dentistry technology, clean and safe environment then call her office at your earliest convenience! You won’t be disappointed. One last comment, the reason that explains what brought my family to her dental establishment was an advertisement over the radio that said, she is “the dentist with the angel’s touch!”

Dr Bien is the best dentist.. when I first started go to her .. she knew my fear of dentists,. She took her time with me, and was very patient. Never rushed .. And always was checking to make sure I was comfortable… I was finally ready to have her work on my teeth… And wiping my tears of fear…. That night she text me to see how I was doing… I never had a dentist ever do that… I think what I’m saying is if you have a fear of the dentist, Dr Bien is the dentist you need to go to… I have no problem or fear going to Dr Bien… I travel 2 1/2 hours To see her… I would drive 3 hrs to keep my dentist..:) BARBARA:)
