Alberto came out on Super Bowl Sunday to fix a backed-up main sewer line, and we couldn't be more impressed. We called him that morning, and he arrived within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. He snaked the main line, quickly diagnosed the issue, and charged a very fair price, which we truly appreciated. Alberto is honest, reliable, and does excellent work. He's definitely earned a new regular customer, and I'll be recommending him to everyone in the Santa Barbara area.

The Router man really saved our bacon twice now in the house we’ve been in two weeks. We’re talking about overflowing toilets, ankle high water in the shower water coming from the lights in the ceiling on the first floor. He was here in no time and fixed everything and he knew what was wrong too so now it’s all fixed. We’re happy so thank you very much. We will call you anytime we have water coming from the ceiling. Doesn’t have to be that dramatic. Thanks!

I called Alberto for a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night... He picked up immediately and came very quickly. He did terrific work, even replacing some of the hardware on my toilet just because it was old/dirty. Despite the quick turn around and the high-quality work, his pricing was very fair, if not cheap. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

He then ordered the appliance, cleared the pipe of extensive calcium buildup and performed the installation quickly and efficiently. He also sanitized every surface.
