Our shower had been leaking and finally broke the handle last night.I called a couple of plumbing companies this morning, but most of them were unavailable, with wait times of at least two weeks. I called The Rooter Man, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for noon. They arrived on time and took only 20 minutes to replace the broken part.They were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.

We had a real plumbing emergency with renters checking in just a few hours later, and Alberto completely came through for us.He was responsive, professional, incredibly capable, and had a genuinely positive attitude throughout the entire job. He solved the problem, made sure everything was working properly, and left the area exceptionally clean when he was finished.We’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years, across every category, and Alberto may honestly be the best contractor we’ve ever worked with. Alberto is the best. He was prompt and efficient. He came out in just a few hours. He fixed the clog in my pipes that went all the way out to the mainline and fixed my clean out access. He also fixed my garbage disposal. I know nothing about garbage disposals so he could have sold me a new one but said it was good and just repaired. He is honest and friendly and professional. I will always use him. Great service and very reasonable price.

I called at 1:00 this afternoon about a clogged kitchen sink. Here it is 4:00 and the sink is fixed. The garbage disposal runs smoother than it has in years because he cleaned it out with de-greaser. The clog was 25' down the the line. No problem. Alberto was friendly and communicated well. He replaced the rubber catcher over the disposal so it won't splash out if the strainer is out. He cleaned up afterwards. He charged $295 and it was well worth it.I recommend him.
