Alberto Perez is a top-notch professional with excellent customer service. I contacted him at 9:50 AM with a request to clean out the main line of my home. By 11:30 AM, the job was completed without any issues. He will be the first person I call with any future plumbing or draining problems.

We’ve had some major plumbing issues with our house, but Rooter Man always comes to the rescue! We’ve called them many times, and every experience has been outstanding. Their team provides the best service, always with a smile. They take the time to explain what’s going on with your plumbing and are incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. The last time I called, Alberto arrived within just 20 minutes of hanging up the phone! That kind of responsiveness and customer service is hard to beat. They also offer helpful recommendations when needed and can connect you with contractors who can make the necessary repairs to resolve your plumbing issues.I highly recommend giving Rooter Man a call before trying another plumber. These guys are fantastic, and we’re so grateful for all they do. Thank you, Rooter Man, for your outstanding service every time!

Alberto with Rooter Man was an absolute lifesaver! We had a plumbing emergency late at night, and he showed up promptly at 10 PM, which alone was incredibly appreciated. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and immediately got to work. He quickly figured out the problem, got everything cleared and working properly, and made what could have been a nightmare of an evening so much easier.Even better, his pricing was extremely reasonable, especially considering it was a late-night emergency call. No games, no inflated emergency pricing—just excellent, honest service.I can’t recommend Alberto and Rooter Man highly enough. Reliable, professional, fair, and willing to show up when you really need help. Five stars all the way!

I cannot say enough good things about the Rooter Man! From start to finish, the service was exceptional, quick, clean, responsive, and incredibly professional. What stood out most, though, was the genuine kindness and warmth he brought into our home. It is rare to find someone who not only takes such pride in their work but also approaches people with such care and heart. This is what service should feel like, and I am truly grateful to have found someone I can trust and wholeheartedly recommend!

Had 2 broken toilets over the weekend. The first repair shop said they would come and never did. We called The Rotor Man and they were at our house inside of an hour. 2 hours later, new parts were installed and everything was working like a champ. Plus, they were nice as they could be the whole time! So grateful to Alberto and Gabriel! They will be the first call next time!!

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Alberto. I had a blockage in my main line that turned out to be caused by roots, and he was incredibly responsive, professional, and quick to get everything taken care of. He showed me exactly what was causing the problem, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was completely cleaned up when he was finished. My family has been going to Alberto for years, and now I know firsthand why. I highly recommend him and wont hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Our shower had been leaking and finally broke the handle last night.I called a couple of plumbing companies this morning, but most of them were unavailable, with wait times of at least two weeks. I called The Rooter Man, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for noon. They arrived on time and took only 20 minutes to replace the broken part. They were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.
