We can see the bottom!After years of a leaky, mucky pond, my wife called Superior Pond. Unlike other companies, this one calls you back! We were lucky enough to get an appointment within a week. Bastian and Riley cleaned the pond and found the leak. They came back the next day and fixed it.This service is not cheap but it is worth the money.

We needed help with our pond. While it had been drained and pressure washed at the beginning of each season, the pond base had accumulated enough sediment over the yers that it needed a better cleaning. And we had been noticing recent water leakage that required more frequent topping-up. Andrew, Riley, and Tegan arrived and went to work. In the space of a few hours, they safely moved our koi to a holding tank, drained the pond, expertly cleaned the base and the adjacent feeding stream and located several spots that were contributing to water loss. They refilled the pond and safely returned the koi. We were very impressed with the care, expertise, communication skills of the team. Now the water in the pond is sparkling and clear. Thank you to Andrew, Riley, and Tegan for the wonderful job!

Excellent service. Timely, efficient, thoughtful. A 3 person team cam out to service our pond— Andrew, Teagan and Riley. Riley was early, and even offered to help me do some weeding! They checked out our leak problem, made the pond sparkling clean again and looked after my koi while doing all that. They will be back to put in a skimmer and recheck on the leakage.

Riley & Bastian from superior ponds came to my home the other morning. I needed some additional liner added(low spots in my pond liner). These two have worked on my pond in the past, so, I felt very comfortable with these two. They didn’t disappoint! They checked all my low spots w/my liner, moved rock, checked my skimmer box and added some extra liner in a low area of my pond! Awesome job!

I would highly recommend Superior Ponds. Someone was able to come out in a very short time frame and then a few days later were able to fix my pond/water feature in one morning. Reily and Tegan were extremely professional and let me know everything they were finding. They were great!!

We picked Superior Ponds because the owners were so responsive to our service request back in September ’25. Benjamin came over to our place to listen and suggest some improvements—exactly what we were hoping for.We hired his team, and on April 21, 2026, they arrived and did absolutely fantastic work on our 20-year-old pond and waterfalls. We were thrilled with how efficient they were and the steps they took to make the project even better. When we had a little issue the next day, they got right on it and took care of it quickly on that same day. Their service was terrific and spot-on! I am as so impressed with Superior Ponds when they came out to help us get our pond up and running this spring. Their crew of 2 were so professional and experts at how to get our pond in the best shape before we move our fish back.They were so diligent with our 2 dogs, making sure the gate was always closed and even engaged with them while they watched the pond set up.This is our first time using this company and we will be bringing them back for sure.

They are professionals and are THE experts in ponds and water features, meaning, they are not landscapers who "also do ponds".There is so much that goes into being sure your pets, children, and pond friends (fish) are safe and that your pond and water feature investment is built correctly and properly maintained.
