1 STAR AS DOESN'T ALLOW 0 STARS.Some e-mail conversations are below.... they dont do a proper investigation of a complaint, literally worse company I have ever used - never got to park there and missed Teddy Swims concert..Partly issues we had at home, so we were only turning up for the main event and missing the support act.To whom it may concernI am not happy at all, we turned up at the premier parking this evening, as we had tickets for Teddy Swims.But imagine our horror when we got there and the gates were locked, no one there, and we could not park.As i do not know Manchester, I had no idea of where to go, and also the fact I shouldn't have to us paid to park here.Anyway, on the back of this and not finding a parking space, we missed the Teddy Swims concert (so angry)So, as you can imagine, I am fuming.If it is something I have done wrong by not reading something correctly, or something else that is my error, then I apologise, but currently I am now out of pocket by the parking price and also £118 (2 tickets to Teddy Swims).I am now looking at you to refund the parking and also paying me the money for 2 Teddy Swims tickets.I look forward to hearing from you shortly.Yours sincerely,HiWe had some issues at home, so we had to miss the support act, we got to the gate around 20:30 i believe, and we could not see anyone.We drove off to find out if we were in the right place, saw someone in a van down road at the back, he was with a different private parking company, and told us we were in the right place at the front along Hulme hall Lane, so went back to see if could see anyone, but couldn't.Tried to then find somewhere else, but as I said before, I don't know Manchester.Completely annoyed and very angry,Chris.Hi Chris,Apologies for the delay. We have had to analyse the CCTV and interview our guards before responding.At Premier we have to buy in Stewards based on our capacity prior to the gates opening.So there is already a cost to us even before the first car arrives.When all cars are parked up with us, we then lock the gates so as to make the venue even more secure but also have stewards on stand by for late arrivals or customers who need to leave early.We can see that you arrived at 8.40pm. You turned into the front and left immediately. Our Steward was just on the other side of the gate as he had only 10 minutes prior to your arrival opened up for another late arrival.So basically you drove in and then drove out straight away giving our Steward no opportunity to let you in.We understand that you may have had some issues prior to driving to the event, but these issues were totally out of our control.We were open and ready to receive any vehicle with a pre-booked ticket.So because of the above, we will be unable to provide you with a refund as we feel that we have done nothing wrong.I hope the above is now clear and the matter has been resolved.Thank you for this replyBut I am absolutely disgusted by your responseIf you look at your cameras, you will see that we went back and forth a few times, NOT JUST THE ONCE THAT YOU ARE STATING...So, if you had a guard near the gate, he would have seen us a few times, and on one of the occasions, I believe I actually got out of the car.At the end of the day, it is your fault, as it does not state anywhere that we have to be there at an exact time. The gates were locked, so you were not open.Thank you for a poor response and having a lack of customer service skills,At the very least, I would have thought a refund of our parking would have been offered.Outcome, not even a refund of parking as we never used them.CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE LIED IN THEIR REPONSE BELOW... Booked parking here for the boxing. Car park stated it opened at 4, but the first fight was at 4.15. Emailed Premier Parking to advise the first fight time and they came back to me to say they were opening the car park earlier. Location was easy to find, postcode took me straight to the car park on Waze. Staff were great on arrival, super friendly, parking was easy. Would definitely use again.... More

We parked here the other night as we were attending the Young Voices concert. Despite what seemed like around 200 cars all turning up to park at the same time, the parking was very well managed by 3 stewards. Very well lit and felt extremely safe and secure. We were guided to our lane no problem and then took the short 8 minute walk to the Coop Live Arena. Clean toilets and vending machines for snacks on the way home! Getting out was a breeze and was professionally managed by the stewards so no queue jumping by other vehicles. Well done Premier Parking! One note of advice would be to park up early as it does get quite congested at busy times but it’s the same for all large events so no problem. I think they open from 4pm. Less

Which was only 8 minutes away and made the start of that performance with time to spare.The toilets were clean and there was vending machines for snacks on the way home which was nice and very reasonably price compared to the Coop Arena.Getting out was easy and was professionally managed by the stewards so no queue jumping by other vehicles.I would highly recommend Premier Parking!I would also recommend getting your car parked early and making use of the refreshments and facilities before making your way to the Coop as it’s much better priced and you will get more value for money.By the way the concert was brilliant and the peace of mind when parking just adds to the overall experience.Will definitely be using Premier Parking next time I’m at the Coop ArenaTop marks from me !!! We arrived at what seemed a very busy time (a lot of cars arriving at once) but we were parked up and on our way in no time thanks to the stewards well worked system.The arena is a short walk away from this car park and the roads and car park itself are very well lit so you feel safe and secure at all times, even after the concert when it was very dark out.There were lovely clean toilets on site for our use and even vending machines to grab essentials for the drive home.After the concert getting out of the car park was very smooth and in a timely fashion, and very well managed by the stewards so no one was trying to jump in front of each other in cars causing mayhem.Great serviced and a great system in place, well done Premier Parking. 5 stars from me!! They should be refunded for a total lack of service.There NEEDS to be a change in the layout of the car park, whether that’s fitting less cars in to leave gaps inbetween, something must be done.In addition, this is £20. The Co-Op Live is £25, and while the parking there is also very difficult, at least you can actually leave when you want to join the traffic, as opposed to being sandwiched inbetween multiple other cars.My first time booking here was fantastic, but that is simply due to the fact I was parked on the end of a bay and was able to leave immediately, but the chances of that happening to you are low, unless you arrive very early. Used Premier Parking for a concert at Coop live, it was easy to get to and a short walk to the venue. Quick getting out and they have toilets which is great. Will use again in the future!... More

Went to a concert at Co-op Live last night, pre booked parking, advising 10 mins walk away.... not from Manchester sat nav took us straight to the car park, easy to park, nervous about taking ages to get out but it didn't take long, staff friendly and it was a nice stroll to the venue -- would use again and would recommend... Excellent customer service. I booked parking for a Co - op arena event that is now cancelled and these guys have refunded my card. Booking was very easy, cheaper than the arena and the query I had on reserving my parking was answered promptly. I will use them on my next visit, and highly recommend. 😊... More
