James and his crew at Lionheart did an AMAZING job. I learned through this process that their are roofting contractors that can't be trusted and who will cut corners to save money and time. Not the case with James and his crew... They were thorough and trustworthy. James held off the job for the right time of year and weather to ensure proper adherence of the product, which looks awesome btw. Lionheart uses a netting system to prevent nails and debri from damaging the house or landscaping during demo. They also went over the property at least 3x with a metal detactor to find any loose nails. The detail on the contact and inspection is great along with the what to expect section. James even uses a drone to fly over the property. Great value for a reasonable price by a contractor who genuinely cares! The job was done is one day and my neighbors were amazed!
