Tech Jerry came to house and diagnosed issue and after I authorized work to be completed. Jerry went to main shop and got parts and tools to complete roof AC replacement and completed my main AC roof replacement same afternoon. He installed same Dometic brand unit but the new unit is better built, a little quieter when running and at a good price. We will definitely call Northshore for any future upgrades or repairs.

Use this company everytime. He helped out a person who was going to be homeless. He had so much compassion did not charge my friend for the easy fix. We got her power back on after buying the right part. Bless this company. Their rates are fair and work is amazing. Their compassion will never be forgotten. I need to see what charity I can donate in this companies name?

We have used them on multiple occasions and will keep using them! Their prices a good especially for the quality of work they do. They always leave with the trailer in better condition than when we bought it new! They are friendly people who stand behind there work. They added in another a/c, replaced the floor in a rotten slide and replaced the floor in the kitchen area.

These are the guys to call if you need air conditioning service for an RV. The owner Dave Wallace went above and beyond my expectations. I live north of Huntsville, he came out diagnosed the problem, drove back to his shop and had my ac unit replaced in a matter of hours. To say I am grateful would be an understatement!!
