This has been my first experience with any Chiropractor and Palmercare did not disappoint. I see Dr. Joe, who is phenomenal! I highly recommend him as he is so caring and gentle. He listens to your concerns and genuinely cares to get you back to feeling better. I originally went to Palmercare due to a constant ache in my lower neck; along with numbness in my arms. Honestly, after 3-4 adjustments with Dr. Joe, months of dealing with this neck ache went away. I have been seeing Dr. Joe for almost a year now and it has been the best decision.

Had my first appointment today. It was great! They got me in quickly, and Dr. Joe did a thorough evaluation, with X-rays and good discussion. They scheduled second appointment within the same week! Place is lively, good energy. Happy I found them.

I've been going to Palmercare Chiropractic for long term lower back and neck pain for a few months now. It has been a great experience working with Dr. Joe and the Palmercare Team. I also see Emily Hatt for Acupuncture and treatment of chronic conditions. Both Dr. Joe and Emily really listened to me and cultivated a specific plan that works for my needs, and I've definitely seen improvements.There is always a fun vibe in main office and the staff is always happy to help whether with scheduling, exercises, billing, or other needs.

My personal trainer Lisa recommended I visit Palmercare Chiropractic because of some neck discomfort I’ve been enduring. From the start there is a wonderful vibe from all to the staff. Everyone was so knowledgeable, it was nice to feel so accommodated and informed. It is often that medical staff seem miserable when visiting doctors’ offices but here everyone seemed to be synced on a positive, fun energy, I really liked that. The doctor was awesome! He could tell what I was dealing with just by looking at me. After the X-rays the doctor took his time actually explaining to me the root of my problem and reassured me he would help me figure out a solution. I really enjoy when doctors take the time to explain the results instead of brushing you off or sending you a impersonal message via nurse. I was very impressed with my first consultation and look forward to working with such experts.

Dr Joe, your female employee on Tuesdays is extremely unprofessional on the phone, sarcastic, unwilling to answer new patient questions, and responds to scheduling questions with remarks like, "same answer", "look at the website for the hours", and "I'm not telling you."
