Great service- cleaning out the ventilation system was long overdue. Charlie from Kura arrived at the time he said he was, was thorough in explaining what he was going to do and immediately answered any questions I had. After the service was complete, he gave me a rundown on everything he did, where the dirtiest area were, etc… then he was on his way! Very polite and professional. Thank you!
