Review #2New Generational Wealth Credit SolutionsIt’s unfortunate that I have to return and leave a second review, but at this point I’ve been left with no choice. I’m sharing my full experience so others can avoid the same frustration. In November 2024, I entered into an agreement with New Generational Wealth Credit Solutions for credit repair services. In the beginning, everything seemed promising. Communication was consistent, and it appeared that progress was being made. However, things quickly changed. On August 22nd, I spoke with a representative who advised that we would connect again on August 29th. On that date, I received a message stating that they were double-booked but had everything needed to proceed. After that, communication abruptly stopped.By October 3rd, after weeks of no updates, I left a review expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction. On October 6th, I received a text stating that Gary (the owner) wanted to speak with me. That led to a scheduled call on October 7th — which was the first time I had spoken with anyone from the company since August.During that call, I made my frustrations clear. I explained that I had moved forward with another service because of the lack of communication and not knowing what was happening with my file. Gary acknowledged that the ball had been dropped and took accountability, stating he would issue me a refund. He mentioned he was out of town with lawyers but would check Clarity and then process my refund. He also asked if I used Zelle and confirmed my number for the transfer. He told me he would follow up the following Monday.Monday came and went.No call. No text. No refund.I continued reaching out via phone and text and was only met with “Thanks for your patience,” despite being promised a refund for over a month. At the 30-day mark, I sent a final message giving New Generational Wealth Solutions 24 hours to cure. I received no response. It is now November 19th, and I still have not received the $850 refund that I was promised. Because the company did not honor the refund, I went through my bank. Unfortunately, my bank denied the claim based on whatever the company submitted — despite me having written text communication directly stating that Gary himself would be processing my refund. As a fellow business owner, this is extremely disheartening. I would never promise a refund or service and fail to follow through. It’s unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business, especially in an industry where trust is everything. Word of mouth goes a long way, and this type of experience matters. What makes this even more disappointing is that I was referred to this company by my realtor. I genuinely didn’t want to come back and write a second review, as I don’t believe in tearing down businesses. I believe in giving every company a fair chance to resolve an issue. But after months of being ignored and misled, this is my honest experience.
