Paramesh is a light-filled being who teaches and practices with humility, love, and grace. He was highly prepared for every yoga philosophy class we had and left space for the conversation to flow naturally while gracefully looping back to the topic at hand. The yoga asana we practiced was slow and gentle and simultaneously challenging. I loved the pranayama (breath work) he built into the classes as well. Last but not least, Paramesh guided us in meditation using various techniques allowing us to explore which ones felt right for each of us individually. By the end of it, we were meditating for up to an hour (sometimes more) 2-3 times in a day! Overall, Paramesh’s meditation retreat was truly amazing. I can’t recommend him enough. 🙏

I have been to a paramesh singing circle. it was super nice and gave me a lot of positive energy. I also think that singing with other people, besides allowing you to hear your voice and listen to yourself, connects you with other people who connect to you and your energy. thank you for singing together.

During my vacation in the Algarve, I booked a private yoga session with Paramesh. Paramesh helped me tremendously with my Ujjayi Breathing and showed care, talent, and attention. I felt at peace and my body felt wonderful and at times challenged. This was a great yoga session. He is also very funny and his energy is calming. When we finished, he sent me his YouTube video with a 20-minute guided meditation and this has been my go to. It’s been a game changer! I’m hoping to attend one of his retreats.
