In gathering the documents needed for underwriting, eFunder/Terence reviewed all of my documents and requested more or corrections upfront before they ever made it to underwriting. I appreciate this a lot, as I used another broker who barely reviewed my documents and it is only weeks after when it was in underwriting that mistakes were spotted.
