My son has just started seeing Naser and he is amazing!My son is level 3 autistic and he was able to engage with him and get him doing many different exercises. Naser is very patient and explains everything thoroughly which is fantastic.Definitely recommend him to anyone needing exercise physio 👌

After many years of on and off knee and back pain, different physio’s.I had an acl strain back in 2024 and after going to those other physio's I just wasn’t getting anywhere. Naser was super nice and had so much more knowledge and information about what i had done and how I could help my knee to get back into sport. It was very hard for me to stay positive when i couldn’t do my favourite things but Nas kept reassuring me that i was gonna get there. After 6ish months, I was able to do everything again and was so grateful for what he had done. After some bad luck in 2025 i tore my meniscus and needed surgery, during that my surgeon was aware of the strain and actually told me that it was now in great condition. My surgery was mid august 2025 and was in crutches for 13 weeks total. I struggled a lot mentally with not being able to not only do the things I loved and stay active but also just basic things like holding a water bottle or carrying my plate to the table. Nas would message to see how i’m feeling, how everything was going and as soon as I was able he got me in to see how I was going so we could start the rehab. After motivation from both ends i got really close until a small setback where my knee just got super swollen and I was struggling to walk and I was really scared. Nas was worried and made sure we got to the bottom of it and knew exactly what we had to do to get over it. In January 2026 I feel the best i have felt in years all because of Naser, I am not fully ready yet but I have no doubts that Nas will get me there. I cannot recommend Naser enough, he is dedicated, caring knows so much and loves his job (and definitely more) which is all i can ask for. Thank you so much Naser and Main-Care,

Apologies, this is going to be a long one!I have been struggling with chronic illness for years. I have spent thousands of dollars and hours getting handballed from doctors to all kinds of specialists, only to be left drowning in symptoms that nobody could understand or solve. It had gotten to the point this year where I could barely work or spend any time with my family and friends. I required a chair to shower or make food. I couldn't drive. My mum and sister had to support with cooking and cleaning. I was considering quitting my job, which was devastating because I love my role as a school psychologist so much! I had lost all hope of every getting my life back.Then I met Naser.After my first appointment with Naser, I sat in my car and cried. From the very start he showed genuine concern and compassion for the journey I had been on. He took the time to listen in order to understand the many layers and complexities that had reduced my functioning. I had never felt so heard and supported. He was optimistic that he could help me get my life back and because he demonstrated such a depth of knowledge of the many factors that contribute to daily functioning (Biological, Psychological and Social) I trusted him enough to start. My situation is complex and we have multiple aspects that we are working on at the same time but I can honestly say that I have felt that Naser is right there with me every step of the way. By the third appointment my husband told Naser that he feels like he has his wife back. Although my recovery journey will be slow and long, every week has been better than the week before. I no longer require a chair to shower or cook. I can cook meals for my family and contribute to household chores. My daily step count has increased from an average of 200 to 4000. I am participating more and more in my friends and family's lives. My chronic illness still likes to put speed bumps in my road to recovery but Naser is always there to help me navigate the challenges and minimise the fallout.Working with Naser has been life changing for me. His approach is evidence based, compassionate and inspiring. Do not hesitate in seeking out his support for yourself or a loved ones. It will be the best decision you will ever make.

I completed the Mum Back program with Naser and enjoyed every day I attended! While working with Naser I learnt so much to do with pelvic floor exercises and was really able to see the improvement! Naser also helped with older issues I had that got worse through my pregnancy journey. He’s shown me so many helpful ways to manage and improve issues, including sciatica. It was great to have a space I could work on myself while bringing my son along - no more barriers! I also loved meeting the other mums. Since we’re all on the same recovery journey, we clicked really easily and shared plenty laughs!

I was recommended by my GP to see Naser for my knee pain. I was overweight and obese. My knee hurt, and my quality of life was not so good. Naser, through his kindness and patience, understood immediately that there was more to my problems than just over eating. I have been receiving help with mild arthritis causing back and hip pain. The exercises and advice have helped so much that I no longer take any pain medication for this issue. It is an on going process and I think the exercises are going to help with mobility and movement in the future. I would recommend this practice.

I did the mums back program, Naser helped me with stretches to help with back pain, pelvic floor exercises and overall health with getting back to being myself again. I was told I would need back surgery as a 27 year old with a small child, not to gym etc and I was terrified. I worked on the mental side of things and found a doctor who recommended Naser. I am so unbelievably grateful for that, I am now back in the gym, working out with my lil girl and today I did a 6km walk with no issues for the first time in 18 months. Naser took the time to learn more than just the surface level problems and really got to understand how he could help my specific needs. I have just completed 5 weeks of Mum back where I got to work out every Sunday with mums/friends, it was so nice to have a exercise based class where we can take our kids and catch up all at once. On the 26/01/25 while working on a small platform I tripped, I stuck my arm out to stop myself from falling but I hit the wall at the wrong angle and a little hard. The end result was 3 torn tendons in my shoulder one of the tendons was the supraspinatus tendon (yeah the one that moves your arm up and down) well that one I tore off the bone. A visit to a surgeon with no good news left me with an arm I couldn’t even move. Surgery was not an option as the tendon was potentially too damaged to repair.Move on two weeks and a chance conversation with a chiropractor, he recommended Naser. I’ve not looked back since. Naser’s knowledge of the body and exercise programs is second to none. We started with stretching and mobility exercises moved on to strengthening. It’s now 6 months since my accident I have almost full movement in my arm and the big plus NO PAIN.I cannot recommend Naser highly enough I will be forever thankful.Neil

I have started a new journey with physiotherapy, I am 2 weeks into my sessions and I am pleased with my progress, I am a breast cancer survivor and I now have a lump on my right lung. I have been had so many people help me with physio over the years, but I am pleased to meet with the young person I have now. Nasar has an excellent approach to my therapy and what I need to do. I ask questions about the exercises that he has given me and I feel comfortable telling him about the areas that I need help with. I am coping with what I am doing and I hope only to be able to improve. Having someone that you trust as I do this young man is always a bonus. I am pleased with my therapy.

Naser is passionate about his craft and it shows. Over the past six months, he’s played a major role in helping me achieve my target weight, build strength, improve my nutrition and general fitness, and, by extension, my mental health.I initially started off with a tailored home exercise program with weekly visits to Banta Fitness (which in itself is a well-equipped and quite a nice private space) for the first few months, and eventually transitioned to a gym program. Nas was with me every step of the way, even going so far as making visits to my gym to review my lifting techniques and by continually updating the program to prevent injuries etc.I’m a healthcare professional and numbers don’t (generally) lie and I’ve seen objective improvements in my health such as a significant drop in my HbA1C (the exercise program in combination with medication), improvements to my resting HR and of course, my weight. I also feel subjectively less short of breath and I actually enjoy playing sports again.I also have a highly variable work schedule and the team has been extremely accommodating and flexible with scheduling my appointments.The team, from Naser to Lailah (who runs the show behind the scenes) has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my journey and I couldn’t recommend the team at Main Care more highly.

Naser was highly recommended by a friend. While I wasn’t sure if an ExPhys was the person to see for weight loss, having tried and failed with other options, I saw him.Happy I did. He has a two-part program for weight loss. And it doesn’t involve following a “diet”.The first part is food: No specific food restrictions, just logging what you eat each week aiming to meet two goals: weekly total calories under your personal target, and a balance between carbs, fats and proteins.This also taught me which foods were extra high or low in things, allowing me to look for similarly enjoyable alternatives.The second part is personalised exercise that is adjusted as you progress.I lost between 0.5kg and 1kg per week, am fitter, and gained a more automatic understanding of how many calories, carbs, fats, and proteins are in various portion sizes of what I love to eat. Making keeping balance and averages much easier to meet.And if you “fall off the horse”, Naser will listen to the problems behind that, and come up with ideas to help get back on the horse.
