I witnessed the driver of the pest cartel truck parked at Autumnwood Grove Apartments in Lakeland curse a woman out for parking in front of his vehicle to walk her dog. I am appalled at the way he spoke to her. I can imagine how he speaks to customers if he acted like this to a stranger. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I found the Pest Cartel in a Facebook group while looking for someone to do termite tenting. They were highly recommended and I am so glad I reached out to them! They were able to work with my work from home schedule (but there’s no way around being out of the home for several days during the process), and gave very precise instructions for what I had to do to prep. I do intend on purchasing the termite warranty and I feel confident they will be around for many years to come to stand behind their warranty.

After searching for help in our new home that had fleas in the yard so bad they started coming in after the move, Pest Cartel reached out and responded to my messages quickly and within an hour I had a quote in my email. This was over the weekend as well. They were able to come to our home and help with the flea infestation asap. Priced very fair, great communication, professional and followed up with us throughout. He educated us so we understood the process without feeling like my questions were dumb. I feel 100% about keeping our home pest free with them!
