Ripped City Greenz is easily one of the best dispensaries I have found in Oregon.A lot of shops carry prerolls. Ripped City Greenz has a preroll section.That is the difference.Their selection is serious: hash rosin, ice hash, infused options, regular $1 1g joints, different strains, different effects, and real variety. This was also the first place I ever found crumble-infused prerolls, which got my attention immediately.Most dispensaries treat prerolls like an afterthought. A few basic options, the same brands everyone else carries, and not much imagination.Not here.Ripped City Greenz carries prerolls like they actually understand the category. The quality is good, the selection is real, and the menu does not feel like the same tired copy of every other shop.The staff has always been helpful, the vibe is easy, and the shop does not make the process complicated.For prerolls, this place is the standard. Hash rosin, ice hash, crumble-infused — they have the kind of selection that makes other menus look lazy.Five stars.

I want to start my review by saying my husband and I come here all the time and we don't care to go anywhere else until today. Just left from there and had the rudest customer service experience by far. We went in to buy some pre-bagg like always and my husband decided to buy me a plant. I guess he must of touched one and there was a sign not to. He didn't see it nor did I. But when the guy was through helping someone else, he came at us very rude and scolded us as if we were children. I apologized and apparently wasn't good enough. He tells us there's clearly a sign right there, you can't help but see it. I repeated, I didn't touch it but my husband must of and that we were sorry. He still continued to be rude. I then told him I understand there are rules but he needs to go about it differently instead of talking to a customer rudely. He then tells me oh, I can be rude. That wasn't rude. I said, that was very rude. Especially to someone who apologized and didn't see the sign. This guy doesn't belong in customer service! Never had a bad encounter here. We have had great customer service for a long time here by other employees. All he needed to say, was please don't touch anything, its the law. He didn't have to keep on being completely rude after repeatedly apologizing to him. This is how loyal customers get treated? This is how you talk to a 50 year old woman? Do better! We didn't deserve to be treated disrespectfully or be scolded like a child for something that wasn't done purposely. I guess my $ will go some place else. Sad after being a customer for so long.

Highly recommend this dispensary! Best prices around. Great selection and great products.. Staff has great customer service and knowledgeable. Don't forget to sign up for there rewards program. Its also owned by local family! Who dont love to support local family businesses 💚💚

I used to spend over $400 a month here and would come in often back in 2024/2025. Whenever I got a faulty cartridge, I would leave a 1 star review to warn other people who only use select to buy elsewhere and to bring it to the attention of the owners so they can address it with their supply chain. There was an incident where a balding man sold me the wrong cartridges so I left a review. When he replied about the encounter saying he "always double checks the cartridges before putting them in the bag" (He hadn't checked before or after this happened). That same man is why I will never return to this shop. The last day I went here I bought 10 carts, he quoted me a price $30 higher than I normally paid. I asked about the discounts and he silently put them in. No apology for almost overcharging me, he said no pleasantries even after I paid. That level of unprofessional and petty behavior over reviews is unfortunate and I'm disappointed I was treated this way since this place used to be the only dispensary I went to.

Not a fan of recreational use not really a fan of medicinal use because I don't want anyone to be sick but it is what it is I don't know much about the products there but I was recommended a product from my phone doctor and it did what it was supposed to do
