I have been to many places, this being the only place they had clear communication. I felt like family with the way they treated me. I highly recommend this place if you want your truck done right. Daniel was there every step of the way and helped me stay within my price point. They are a great one stop shop for trucks and rims! EDIT: I Would love to say they were amazing, they had great service and repairs for the most part. I took the vehicle into them because my driveshaft fell. They told me it was a transmission mount so, I ask them to fix it and just make sure everything is ok. I made it clear it was going to new Mexico and back. The driveshaft fell again despite having just fixed it. I'm stuck in Sonora Texas without any money and my truck is on the side of I-10. They said they couldn't do anything for me. I don't like leave bad reviews but, this is deserving. The drive shaft is too short, that's the problem and the transmission mount never was actually replaced despite being charged

Poorly run shop. Told me to get my truck in at 9 to do a swap-out on some shocks, have me out in an hour. 3hrs later, truck never moved, maybe it’s because their technicians can’t get to work in time or they were too busy dealing with all the pissed off customers in the lobby, but working people survive on honesty and schedules, if your business can’t provide either, then working people best avoid your shop…..

I needed some work done on my 2015 Toyota Tundra and these guys understood it was my daily driver so I couldn’t be without it for a long time so they had (Mark) their head mechanic on it and he did awesome work. He found an issue that was not found previously and they were so concerned with the reliability and safety that they worked with me and we were able to get the part in and fixed the following day. This did not feel like just any normal shop, the guys there are so down to earth and actually listen to what you have to say and your concerns about your vehicle they made it the best experience ever. Ben is the guy to ask for, he is a straight shooter and doesn’t try to push sales on you.Thank you Ben, Mark and all the guys for such an amazing experience and restoring my faith in mechanic shops.

Had an excellent experience with outlaw. I trusted them with my 2024 toyota tacoma and they did not disappoint!! They installed a westcott's design preload collar, wheels and tires all for a reasonable price!! The work was amazing, everyone was friendly and accommodating, Gave helpful input on my decision on tires and wheels. Definitely coming back when im ready to upgrade my suspension. Highly recommend these guys especially if you have a 2024/25 tacoma. They know what they're doing!

They discovered a rookie 6” lift installation error (another biz) that was missed three time before by other businesses that I went to for alignment.Outlaw was recommended by Red McCombs Toyota when we bought daughter’s car.Since we had a great experience at Red’s, and word of mouth, Outlaw did our son’s lift with better tires. That went great too!Outlaw is great! Dudes know their stuff and customer service is pure pure old school San Antonio! Do you remember back in the day??!!

Recently purchased a GMC AT4 and went to outlaw to get a lift kit with rims and tires. I am very happy with the work they did and the cost of everything. I called a few other places first and felt like they only wanted to quote me the most expensive products. I called Outlaw and we went through various options. I didn’t feel the usual rush which made me want to go to the shop to take time to look at different rims and lift kits. I ended up going with a BDS lift kit with 20” Fuel rims and I could not have been happier. If you are considering doing anything to your car, give them a call and see what they can offer you.
