Contacted Atlas Heating and Cooling initially on a Saturday in regards to a leaking condensation pump at our rental, and was responded to immediately. We ended up setting up a time the following Monday for them to go to site and investigate. Chastin contacted our tenant and lined up the visit with them directly which was super convenient. As promised, he contacted me with his investigation and a solution to fix the problem, which as we thought was the condensation pump. He said he brought a pump with him and quoted me over the phone. I was happy to hear he had the parts with him and that a return visit wouldn’t be necessary. I told him to go ahead with the fix and he was done in no time.
