I'm editing my previous review, because now, not only have I worked with Jeff professionally as the owner of an estate sale company, I've also worked with him personally. My spouse had a challenging, remote, wild 109-acre piece of property in Union County that we agonized over selling, because we were afraid of development. Jeff and his team saw what we saw, and didn't want it get spoiled anymore than we did. They assured us from the minute they arrived on the property that they would find the kind of buyer we were looking for--a "generational buyer" who would include their adult children and make this property a showplace for generations to come. And that's exactly what Jeff and his team accomplished. The process was seamless. Jeff had a buyer for us within two weeks, and closing was scheduled and accomplished a month later. We couldn't be more thrilled!

If you are looking for the absolute best realtor/team..... look no further! We are moving our whole family of 5 down from NJ to Knoxville. I took a leap of faith when calling the office, as I had no one to get a reference from. I was sent to Taylor and I won the lottery!!!!! She held our hands thru the whole process. Everything from searching the mls for our wants and needs to facetiming open houses for me. When we were able to go down for a quick trip, she took us to 15 showings in 2 days! We even switched towns mid looking. She was always positive and reassuring. Extremely helpful! Honestly, I couldn't imagine having to do this whole process with anyone else!

Honestly, I can not say enough about Jeff and his team. He and his wife Joni are wonderful. This is the second property he sold for us. I would not use anyone else. If you have a question or an issue with anything; his whole team jumps right in and takes care of it. Everything went seamlessly with both sales.
