I brought my 3-year-old Proton X50, which has been regularly serviced as recommended (in other Proton service centers), to Seri Gemilang service centre in January 2026 as I was in Sungai Buloh area.The car had no prior issues, but shortly after the service an airbag failure notification appeared. I returned a week later for it to be rectified, yet the SAME notification resurfaced within TWO weeks. Not satisfied with the quality and thoroughness of the workmanship and inspection. Having to repeatedly take time off work to address the same issue has been frustrating.Disappointing.
